Return Policy

Hum apne customers ki satisfaction ko sabse zyada ahmiyat dete hain. Agar aapko koi product pasand nahi aata ya us mein koi manufacturing defect hai, to aap neeche di gayi policy ke mutabiq return kar sakte hain:

  • Product delivery ke 3 din ke andar return request kar sakte hain
  • Product unused, original packaging mein hona chahiye
  • Return ki wajah batani hogi (size, defect, ya wrong item)
  • Used ya damaged (customer ki taraf se) products return nahi honge

Return Kaise Karein

  1. Humein WhatsApp ya email par contact karein order number ke sath
  2. Product ki tasveer bhejein (agar defect hai to)
  3. Hamari team 24-48 hours mein aapse contact karegi
  4. Return approve hone ke baad, product pickup arrange ki jayegi

Refund Policy

  • Refund sirf tab milega jab returned product hamare paas pohanch jaye aur check ho jaye
  • Refund JazzCash/Easypaisa ke zariye 3-5 working days mein process hoga
  • Delivery charges refundable nahi hain (agar order sahi tha aur customer ne mind change kiya)
  • Agar product defective ya wrong item mila hai, to full refund + delivery charges wapas milenge

Exchange Policy

  • Agar aap size ya color change karna chahte hain, to exchange available hai (agar stock mein ho)
  • Exchange ke liye bhi 3 din ki time limit hai

Non-Returnable Items

  • Cosmetics jo open/use ho chuki hon (hygiene reasons)
  • Sale/clearance items par return apply nahi hota (jab tak clearly mention na ho)
  • Jewelry jo use/pehni ja chuki ho (hygiene aur wear reasons)
  • Electronics jo unboxed hone ke baad physically damaged ho customer ki taraf se

Order Cancellation

  • Order dispatch hone se pehle cancel kiya ja sakta hai — humein turant WhatsApp par inform karein
  • Dispatch hone ke baad cancellation possible nahi hoga, lekin delivery ke waqt product receive karne se inkar kiya ja sakta hai (COD orders ke liye)
